Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the transportation services provided by OnPoint Logistics Company (“OnPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a transportation request or boarding any vehicle operated by or on behalf of OnPoint, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services Provided
OnPoint Logistics Company provides ground transportation services in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers to and from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL)
- Individual passenger rides with or without baggage
- Convention center and hotel transit for conference and event attendees
- Group transportation for up to five (5) passengers per vehicle
Services are subject to driver and vehicle availability. OnPoint reserves the right to decline or cancel a service request at its discretion.
Booking & Reservations
Transportation requests may be submitted through the online request form at onpointlogisticsco.com/transportation-request or by contacting us directly by phone or text at (817) 937-6889.
Submitting a transportation request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation via text message from OnPoint. Please do not assume your ride is scheduled until you have received that confirmation.
We recommend submitting your request at least 24 hours in advance of your requested pickup time to ensure availability, particularly during high-demand events and conferences.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, including flight details where applicable. OnPoint is not liable for missed rides resulting from incorrect information provided at booking.
Pricing & Fees
Standard base rates are as follows:

All rates listed are base rates only. Final pricing may vary based on actual distance traveled, wait time, additional stops, traffic conditions, or other factors. Any variation from the base rate will be communicated to the passenger prior to or at the time of service.
Additional charges may apply for excessive luggage beyond standard baggage, extended wait times due to delayed flights or late passenger arrival, or routes requiring tolls.
Payment Terms
Payment for transportation services is due at the conclusion of the ride unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the service date. OnPoint accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash App
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
Cash payments may be accepted at the driver’s discretion. OnPoint does not accept personal checks. Passengers who fail to complete payment at the conclusion of their ride may be denied future service.
OnPoint does not store, process, or retain any payment credentials. All digital payments are processed through the respective third-party payment platforms and are subject to their individual terms of service.
Cancellations & Changes
Passengers may cancel or modify a confirmed booking by contacting OnPoint directly at (817) 937-6889 as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup: No charge.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup: A cancellation fee may apply at OnPoint’s discretion.
- No-show (driver arrives and passenger is unreachable): A no-show fee may apply.
OnPoint reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to driver unavailability, vehicle issues, unsafe conditions, or other operational circumstances. Affected passengers will be notified as promptly as possible with no charge assessed.
Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner during transport. The following are prohibited in all OnPoint vehicles:
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
- Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products
- Verbal or physical harassment or threatening behavior toward drivers or other passengers
- Tampering with or damaging vehicle equipment
- Exceeding the stated passenger capacity of the vehicle
OnPoint reserves the right to terminate a ride at any time if a passenger violates these conduct standards, without refund. Passengers may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to OnPoint vehicles. All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, in compliance with Texas law.
Limitation of Liability
OnPoint Logistics Company operates with appropriate commercial insurance coverage in compliance with applicable Texas law. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- OnPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services
- OnPoint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles
- OnPoint’s total liability for any claim arising from a single service transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger for that service
Passengers with high-value items, medical equipment, or mobility devices should notify OnPoint at the time of booking. OnPoint is not liable for damage to specialty items that were not disclosed prior to the ride. Nothing in these terms limits OnPoint’s liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Delays & Service Disruptions
OnPoint will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled pickup time. However, OnPoint is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, flight delays not communicated in advance, inaccurate pickup information provided by the passenger, or other circumstances beyond OnPoint’s reasonable control.
For airport pickups, passengers are advised to contact OnPoint upon landing to confirm driver status and estimated arrival time.
Privacy & Data
OnPoint collects personal information (name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling transportation requests and communicating with passengers regarding their bookings.
OnPoint does not sell, rent, or share passenger personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal compliance purposes. By submitting a transportation request, you consent to OnPoint contacting you via text message or phone call for booking confirmation and service-related communications.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. Any claim arising from OnPoint’s services must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose.
Amendments
OnPoint reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of OnPoint’s services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
